At Freshfields Nursery we are very proud of our Education and Care team. Some of our Nursery Practitioners have been members of staff for over ten years; we believe this to be testament to the caring family atmosphere at the nursery, and to our team's genuine commitment to the care and development of all our children.

Within our team, we have two staff members who have achieved Early Years Professional Status (EYPS), another with  BA (Honours) Degree in Early Childhood Studies and a member of the office staff who is a qualified teacher. Many of our staff have qualified to NVQ level 3, others to level 2. We currently have a person undertaking a Foundation degree and a couple of staff due to begin NVQ training in January 2012. As well as professional qualifications many of our staff have outside interests which influence their work within the nursery.
