I established Freshfields in 1990, as a small day nursery caring for pre-school children, and I am proud that we were the first full day provision in Warwickshire. I aimed then, as now, to provide the highest quality of care and pre school education, in a professional yet relaxed home from home environment.

Over the years Freshfields has seen many changes and is now established at Clifford Forge House, which opened in 1998.  The nursery is based in a beautiful three storey Georgian house, together with an adjacent Coach House in an idyllic, safe, unique and rural location near to Clifford Chambers.

My own four children came to Freshfields which enabled me to view the nursery, its facilities and the care it provides from the perspective of a parent, who's views are very important to us.

As Principal, I am present most days along with the Nursery Managers of the birth to 2 year olds and the 2 to 5 year olds, who are delighted to provide prospective parents with an informal, yet informative, viewing of all parts of the Nursery. The Nursery has a dedicated team of loving, committed, enthusiastic staff who ensure that each child receives the individual care and attention they need.  We respect the uniqueness of each child and provide activities which stimulate and allow children to discover and investigate according to individual preferences.

Our team of staff play an important part in nurturing, caring for and educating each child during their formative years, encouraging independence, confidence and self belief.

To enrich the children's development, extra curricular activities are held such as Tots Tune Time, football and French.
